Add information about "primary" and "secondary" domains, and how do they work in the devlove file

This should affect:

  • The devlove and views document in the ShimmerCat QS docs section.
  • Any documentation about certificates

In particular, there should be the question from the customer about how secondary domains still use their own directory under sni-certs

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
